How long before I can see my samples logos? 

This will depend on the Logo Package that you choose, anywhere between 3-14 working days depending on the size of the project (weekend work inclusive). : 

How many revisions or changes are allowed for my company logo?

Again, the number of revisions will depend on your Logo Package.

What if I do not like my first logo design samples?

The designing process involves creating more logos according to the package you have chosen. My customers and clients usually approve a couple of logo samples and we then improve on those.

What if I have my own logo design idea?

Any ideas you have are welcome and will aid me to create a custom logo to your absolute satisfaction. 

Will Ceesay Design Solutions redo my existing logo?

With the number of redraws unlimited, does this mean I can ask for changes whenever I want without a problem?

Abstract refusals are not considered, specific reasons need to be given for a redraw. Most redraws are handled on a case by case basis. I will make your requested changes whenever you like, but I will require you to be specific about your changes.

What if I do not like my logos and want a refund?

My services ensure that if you are not happy with your logo, I will refund you half the amount of the Logo Package back. However bear in mind that the services we provide are on a one to one basis. We do not have large overhead expenses to maintain our growing business, in addition to the fact that you deal directly with us avoiding sale representatives and consultants. If you are not satisfied with your logo, we will make the changes till you are happy with your design.

What color format are my logos provide in?

We provide logos in CMYK, RGB and PANTONE colors. Different logo formats, including Black & White versions available upon request, such as.jpeg, .ai, .psd, .gif, .pdf, .ico.

What are CMYK colors?

CMYK colors are used for off-set printing. Prints include standard colored stationary etc.

What if I require my logos in RGB colors?

CMYK colors can be converted to RGB color. However, keep in mind that in printing RGB colors are not accurate. They are best suited for websites only.

What is the difference between a redraw and a revision?

A revision is a change made to your logo design with regards to font, colors, size and changes to the design at hand. A redraw is designing a completely new set of logo concepts based upon the feedback you give us.

What is the difference between a logotype and a symbol?

- A logotype incorporates your company name into the logo itself, sometimes referred to as type-face (e.g. Vodafone).

- A symbol is an abstract design with your company name typeset alongside, i.e. an icon or graphical representation alongside (e.g. Opera).

How long before does it take for a webpage to be completed?

The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.

What is the design process for creating a website? 

If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. You can check domain name availability here. We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance,design an initial web page for you.

This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.

Do I need to buy a domain name?

No. We do the whole process for you.

What do I get for my money?

All our designs are created and conceived from your requirements and are professionally designed. So if you want a green website with pink spots you can have one!
